I build what I wish existed.

In 1999 I started as an advisor in Thompson, Manitoba, in an office that competed with Toronto and Vancouver as one of the top performing financial centres in the country. I didn't know any better. I thought that was normal.

Twenty-seven years later I'm still asking the same question: what would make this simpler, and better for the people it's meant to serve? Sometimes the answer is a firm. Sometimes it's a system. Usually it means doing fewer things, better.
