What I'm building
A firm, a system, and a better way to understand clients.
Each of these started as something I needed and couldn't find. They each have their own home, so this page is about why they exist. Follow the links for the rest.

01The firm I founded
Insight Planning
The wealth management firm I founded, offering corporate investment management for incorporated Canadians and private wealth planning for individuals and families.
I built Insight Planning around a simple belief: the plan should lead and everything else should serve it. The firm has its own home, where it explains how it works with business owners and families.

02For advisory firms
InsightPlaybook.com
A structured operating system for advisory practices.
It turns what lives in an owner's head into a playbook the whole team can follow, so the practice stops depending on one person. It is also the context layer that makes AI useful inside a firm.

03For understanding clients
Private betaClientChemistry.com
A tool for understanding how each client wants to be served.
It maps how an advisor and each client communicate across six behavioural dimensions, then turns that into practical guidance for the next meeting. It is in a private beta while we finish it.
How I build
Three ideas behind all of it.
01
Remove the micro friction
I view AI as a micro friction removal machine. Every time we hit a small annoyance or an opportunity, we fix it in real time. The small things compound.
02
Write it down first
None of this works without a foundation. When how you work lives in one structured place, your team and your tools can deliver it consistently, with or without you in the room.
03
Fewer, deeper
The capacity good systems create shouldn't be filled with more clients. It should go into deeper relationships with the clients you already have.
