Shea Sanche, CFP®, is a financial advisor, entrepreneur and systems builder based in Kelowna, British Columbia. He founded Insight Planning and built InsightPlaybook.com and ClientChemistry.com for advisors. Over 27 years in financial advice he built a 150-household, approximately $200-million advisory practice, then turned it into a system that no longer depends on him being in every room. He speaks about AI and advice, entrepreneurship and practice management, and buying and selling a practice.
Long bio
Shea Sanche, CFP®, is a financial advisor, entrepreneur and systems builder based in Kelowna, British Columbia. He started in financial advice in 1999 in Thompson, Manitoba, in an office that ranked among the top performing financial centres in Canada.
He founded Insight Planning, a wealth management firm offering corporate investment management for incorporated Canadians and private wealth planning for individuals and families, and over 27 years built a 150-household, approximately $200-million advisory practice, with four acquisitions and one spin-off along the way. He then rebuilt the practice as a system designed to run without him in every meeting, and built AI into how it operates.
From that work came InsightPlaybook.com, an operating system for advisory practices, and ClientChemistry.com, a tool in development for understanding how each client wants to be served. Shea completed a two-year term on the IPC National Advisory Board, has been interviewed by The Globe and Mail, and appeared on Turning the Page with Chris Reynolds.
